Trivallis are recruiting a brand-new Tenant Liaison Team, who will be key points of contact that link our tenants to internal teams and take a proactive and supportive approach for all aspects of access and tenant liaison, enhancing existing processes and improving compliance.

We’re looking for an administrator to support the team to support to tenants to help them engage with the business.

**About you**
- A good standard of education or relevant experience
- Good standard of verbal and written communication which is concise, clear and easily understandable
- Experience in a customer service role with an ability to deliver excellent service and administration

**What you’ll do**

**What you’ll be responsible for **
- Use business systems in an appropriate way to record accurate information relating to enquiries, transactions, processes, and services in accordance with established procedures and policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of response and professionalism and compliance with procedures and seek continuous improvement through quality and performance discussions with senior colleagues.
- Working with the wider business and maintaining a good understanding of landlord compliance; damp, mould and condensation; and planned maintenance programmes.
- Support and facilitate mobile working by Tenant Liaison Officers and the wider team.
- Contribute to improving processes and services.
