**What you'll be doing...**
- Responsible for a wide range of HR activities, you’ll be the one we look to for guidance on all things people-related. You’re guaranteed pace and variety.
- Provide expertise on employee relations, employment law and policies
- Help recruit and reward
- Coach and develop from entry level to senior executives
- Support a culture that empowers and recognises performance.
- Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with partners, colleagues, centres of excellence, building a strong business relationship with their client group
- Guiding and developing managers through casework, and escalating appeals as appropriate to the relevant Snr HRBP
- Flexible working requests: to support the line manager in handling flex working requests, provide support in meetings, take minutes, write up outcome letters and conduct periodic review meetings.
- Performance capability: to support the line manager and employee when performance/capability concerns are raised, to follow the policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment throughout, to conduct, support and minute meetings and provide outcome documentation.
- Probation: to provide support with probationary review meetings, provide feedback from month 1 reviews, and to handle any termination/extensions to probationary periods in line with appropriate policies with the line manager
- Maternities/Paternity/Parental: to support the HR admin team with any cases as appropriate, including complex cases, and to ensure that the employee has a smooth parental process, including resolving queries.
