Job Description

The Junior HRBP role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the implementation of HR strategies and programs that drive organizational success. As a key member of the HR team, you will support employee engagement, talent management, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Aligning HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs that support organizational goals
  • Provide support in managing employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Responsible for UK Payroll submission in a timely manner
  • Support the recruitment process by assisting in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating introductions to key team members
  • Help prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • CIPD level 5 as a minimum
  • 1-3 years HR experience preferably in a generalist or support role with a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Experience in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, performance, and practices, including knowledge of employment law and regulations

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

This salary range is based on national averages and industry standards for similar roles in the United Kingdom.
