Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the People Services team to maintain accurate employee records.
- Contribute to the effective working of the People Services team to ensure seamless service line delivery.
- Raise issues as appropriate and contribute to ongoing process development and improvement of the People Services function.
- Provide support to the People Services team by acting as a first point of contact for all customers via telephone or email.
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
- Experience in working with a database.
- Current working knowledge of the Data Protection Act.
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
