HR Generalist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic and innovative team at Oury Clark. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to support the delivery of HR initiatives.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working arrangements, private healthcare, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, talent management, and performance management
- Coordinate training and development programs, including induction, coaching, and mentoring
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data analysis and reporting

Requirements- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR generalist role
