HR Administrator with Excellent Organizational Skills

About the Job:
- As an HR Administrator at Aramex, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the human resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes, including handling applications and shortlisting, liaising with candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing job offers and contracts of employment.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, including inductions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in the HR information system, track compliance and produce reports as needed.
- Assist with payroll and benefits processing, absence management and implementing reward and recognition programs.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in HR administration.
- CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification (desired).
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
