HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our busy HR team. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team by ensuring the smooth processing of employee information and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing new starter documentation, including issuing Contracts of Employment, and ensuring Right to Work documentation is checked and compliant.
- Collaborating closely with the payroll team to ensure all paperwork for new starters, leavers, and employee record changes is accurate and submitted on time.
- Issuing letters confirming any changes to employees' terms and conditions of employment.
- Maintaining and managing employee files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and filed correctly.
- Handling colleague enquiries over the phone or via email, providing a helpful and efficient service.
- Conducting new starter calls and exit interviews to support employee transitions.
- Undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider HR team as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a similar HR role.
- A solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes, with great attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience using HR and Payroll systems.
- The ability to manage tight deadlines and effectively multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A flexible, enthusiastic attitude with strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
