About the Role:

The HR Administrator will be the backbone of the HR department, ensuring seamless HR administrative support across recruitment, payroll, absence management, and employee relations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can maximise the use of the HRMIS for precise and efficient data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maximising the use of the HRMIS for precise and efficient data management.
  2. Keeping track of key HR metrics, ensuring timely meetings for absences and workforce changes.
  3. Supporting the payroll process by accurately updating new staff details.
  4. Compiling essential HR reports and assisting with engagement surveys and the School Workforce Census.
  5. Providing crucial support in HR meetings and training colleagues on administrative tasks and HRMIS use.
