We are recruiting for a talented HR Generalist to join our team at Wade Macdonald in Slough. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our employees and management team.

About the Job Requirements

Your key responsibilities will include managing recruitment processes, employee relations, HR administration, and payroll support. You will be required to:

  • Support recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, arranging interviews, and pre-employment checks.
  • Assist with employee relations, including disciplinary processes and welfare visits.
  • Manage regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with UK legislation.
  • Administer payroll, handling exceptions like overtime, bonus payments, and contractual changes.
  • Provide management information related to staff absences, holidays, and other HR metrics.
  • Support health and safety initiatives and maintain compliance.

We are looking for someone with strong generalist HR skills, preferably gained in a fast-paced financial environment. CIPD membership is preferred, and experience with payroll, employee relations, and HR systems will be highly advantageous. You should be organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
