Aramex seeks an HR Administrator to provide vital support to its human resources department.

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee information using the Success Factors system.
  • Coordinate and sponsor the recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates to preparing job offers.
  • Process payroll and benefits accurately and efficiently.

To succeed in this role, applicants must have a proven track record in HR administration, possessing a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices. A CIPD Level 3 qualification is advantageous. In addition, on-site availability five days a week, flexibility to cover shifts as needed, and the ability to travel nationally are all crucial requirements. We are looking for a talented individual who can deliver exceptional HR services and contribute to our fast-paced, innovative environment.
