Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. As an HR Apprentice, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, assisting in various activities such as recruitment, employee records, and data management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment administration, coordinating new starter inductions, and ensuring successful onboarding.
  • Liaise with People Operations colleagues to ensure activities are completed and data integrity is maintained.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also assist with employee relations matters, including drafting invite letters, attending meetings, and taking minutes when necessary. This role also involves supporting employee engagement initiatives and activities, as well as training delivery within the organization.
