About the Role:
Aramex is a leading logistics and transportation company that connects businesses and consumers worldwide. We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the human resources department, managing various tasks and serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer HR processes and procedures.
  • Support recruitment processes, including handling applications, scheduling interviews, preparing offers and contracts of employment, referencing, and collecting required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR information systems with employee information and necessary documentation.
  • Support payroll and benefits processing.
  • Drive reward and recognition programs, CSR events, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Liaise with external partners, ensuring legal and best practice compliance.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • CIPD Level 3 minimum (desirable).
  • On-site availability, 5 days per week, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally as required.
