Administrative Professional

**Job Description:**
We are currently looking for an Administrative Professional to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting senior level stakeholders with a variety of tasks including diary management, raising purchase orders, budget and travel management.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global organization and possess good knowledge of systems such as SAP. Previous experience working in a Pharmaceutical company would be advantageous.
In this role, you will manage purchase orders, supplier contracts, and invoices, tracking spend and liaising with Procurement and Legal to ensure compliance.
You will provide project support to the wider team with sending communications, meeting invites, and coordinating information.

Requirements:
- Experience working in a global organization
- Good knowledge of systems such as SAP
- Previous experience working in a Pharmaceutical company (advantageous)

- Strong communicator
Estimated Salary: £38,500 per annum
