As a key member of the Hyper Recruitment Solutions team, we are seeking an experienced Support Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to our senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier contracts, and invoices, ensuring timely tracking and liaison with Procurement and Legal for compliance.
  • Provide project support to the wider team by sending communications, meeting invitations, and coordinating information.
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. A minimum of £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  2. Proven track record of working in a global organization, supporting senior stakeholders, and utilizing systems such as SAP.
  3. Prior experience within the Pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
