Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our operations, you will provide administrative support across the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary Management: Co-ordinate meetings with clients, external partners, and internal personnel.
  • Invoice Generation: Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • International Travel Arrangements: Book travel itineraries for business trips, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Event Booking: Arrange conferences, meetings, and events as required.
  • Monthly Expenses: Manage and reconcile company expenses.
  • Email Management: Handle emails for partners on a daily basis.
  • Client Communication: Draft letters and correspondences for directors/managers/partners.
  • Client Mail Distribution: Ensure timely delivery of client mail.
  • New Client Setup: Establish new client relationships, including engagement letters and client forms.
  • Client Updates: Provide regular updates to clients on their matters.
  • Podcast Booking: Coordinate podcast appearances as required.
Requirements
  • Presentation and Organization: Excellent presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
