Job Description:

This role involves providing administrative support to the hotel teams, handling confidential information, and assisting with projects. If you have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Perform tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  2. Project Assistance: Support the Executive Assistant with various projects.
  3. Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records for employee files and other important documents.
  4. Liaison: Coordinate with payroll and HR departments.
  5. Travel: Arrange travel for senior executives.
  6. Communication: Manage internal and external correspondence.
  7. Mail: Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  8. Diary: Coordinate schedules and appointments.
  9. Procurement: Source and procure office supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Administration: Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
