Job Description:
This role involves providing administrative support to the hotel teams, handling confidential information, and assisting with projects. If you have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Perform tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Project Assistance: Support the Executive Assistant with various projects.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records for employee files and other important documents.
- Liaison: Coordinate with payroll and HR departments.
- Travel: Arrange travel for senior executives.
- Communication: Manage internal and external correspondence.
- Mail: Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Diary: Coordinate schedules and appointments.
- Procurement: Source and procure office supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Administration: Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
