About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or administration, with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing expert assistance and resolving issues.
  • Process orders and manage invoicing efficiently to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries in our database.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support sales, chase quotations, and assist in business development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [£25,000 - £35,000] per annum salary.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
