Sales Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at CONNECT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS LIMITED. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the processing of new business through our Point-Of-Sale System.
Purpose Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing finance proposals in our Point-Of-Sale online system, entering customer personal details and finance quote figures. You will also monitor system updates on the status of finance proposals and transpose this information into a customer portal system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process finance proposals in our Point-Of-Sale online system.
- Enter customer personal details and finance quote figures.
- Monitor system updates on the status of finance proposals.
- Transpose system updates into a customer portal system.
DIMENSIONS/BUDGETS:
This is an office-based role Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm/6pm (rota dependent). The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
Requirements:
- Educated to at least A-level standard.
- Previous customer service experience beneficial.
- PC literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational/time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
