Accounts Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales in Slough.

As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the preparation of monthly financial reports.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and maintain accounts payable records
  • Perform data entry tasks to update financial records
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Participate in annual audits
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • A strong educational background in Accounting or a related field
  • Excellent numeracy and data entry skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
