Sales and Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales in Slough.
As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the preparation of monthly financial reports.

Job Responsibilities
- Accurately process and maintain accounts payable records
- Perform data entry tasks to update financial records
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Participate in annual audits
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- A strong educational background in Accounting or a related field
- Excellent numeracy and data entry skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
