Job Description

This is a full-time position that involves processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  1. Processing and paying invoices, expense forms, and requests for payment accurately and efficiently.
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
  3. Supporting with month-end reporting and ensuring all financial data is correct and compliant.
  4. Liaising with suppliers and resolving any financial discrepancies or issues.
  5. Participating in financial audits and assisting with other accounting projects as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong numeracy and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
