Job Title:

Sales Development Manager

About the Role:

Nicholls and Clarke Group is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to promote business growth by selling products or services in Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Surrey. This role requires a sales professional with strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell products or services to potential customers
  • Develop relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Closing deals to meet sales targets
  • Utilize IT systems for managing customer accounts and tracking sales progress
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions
Working Conditions:

Requirements:
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to negotiate terms and close deals successfully
  • Proficient in IT systems for managing customer accounts and tracking sales data
  • Organizational skills to manage time efficiently
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Estimated Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience
