Sales Development Manager
About the Role:Nicholls and Clarke Group is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to promote business growth by selling products or services in Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Surrey. This role requires a sales professional with strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell products or services to potential customers
- Develop relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Closing deals to meet sales targets
- Utilize IT systems for managing customer accounts and tracking sales progress
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions
The successful candidate will be required to cover the mentioned areas.
Requirements:- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to negotiate terms and close deals successfully
- Proficient in IT systems for managing customer accounts and tracking sales data
- Organizational skills to manage time efficiently
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience
