This is an exciting opportunity to join our Retail team as a Sales Manager at Currys in Slough. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our sales team and drive sales growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring staff to achieve outstanding results, and inspiring colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Coaching and mentoring team members to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Leading a highly engaged team, understanding individual strengths and development opportunities, and supporting personal growth plans.
  • Driving sales and profit objectives by inspiring colleagues to put the customer first.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, performance-related bonus, product discounts, and a range of wellbeing initiatives.
