Due to the ongoing development and growth of our company we are adding to our administrative support team, an experienced Administrator to assist our team in our day to day operations.

**THE ROLE - Administrator**

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Strong understanding of administration/finance principles and procedures.
- Exceptional numeracy and literacy skills to effectively manage financial and administrative tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to efficiently handle documents and data.
- Professional work ethic.
- Compassionate Individual.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage general administration tasks within a bustling funeral director head office.
- Review and process funeral accounts with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in the handling of purchase and sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support credit control efforts to maintain financial stability.
- Perform reception duties, including welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Record minutes during meetings to ensure clear communication and documentation.
- Engage in ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the team’s goals.
