**Student Wellbeing and Support Co-ordinator**

**This is a student facing role which is fully office-based.**

**What we need from you**:

- Finely tuned data skills (recording, analysing, interpreting, and reporting)
- Competent users of Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as other media platforms
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Organised and resourceful (you know where everything is or are happy to find it)

**What you’d be doing**:

- Assisting management in day-to-day administrative duties such as maintaining student information systems and spreadsheets (internal databases), invoices and purchase orders, logging deliveries, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, updating media platforms on a regular basis
- Organising and filing digital and physical documents
- Assisting with reception duties such as answering the phone, greeting, and signposting students to services they require
- Assisting the team in the delivery of large scale on-campus events, such as Open Days and Induction Week
- Representing the University and its core values
- Undertaking personal development necessary to ensure effective performance in the role
- Any other duties appropriate to the role as required by the Line Manager or Management Team (within the job holder’s level of skill and ability)

**Where you’ll work**:
In this role, you’ll be based in the Student Wellbeing and Support (SWS) team, on our green campus in the north of Plymouth.

To be successful in this role, you will be required to work on site.
