**Senior Registry Co-ordinator (Admissions)**

**1.0 FTE / 35 Hours per week; Grade 5, £23,715.00 - £27,131.00**

**This role will be campus-based for the duration of the probation period but hybrid working can be negotiated following that.**

**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Admissions Co-ordinator to fulfil a senior role within the Admissions team with substantial admissions experience including UCAS offers, compliance ie DBS checks, the Department for Education (DfE) portal and the ability to play an interactive role in Open days and similar events.

**What you’d be doing**:

- Processing both undergraduate and postgraduate offers using the University’s systems and also external agency portals
- Managing course interview process
- Responding to enquiries, both written and by telephone
- Administering compliance checks ie DBS checks
- Working collaboratively with other teams and departments
- Continually reviewing processes and external agency requirements
- A typical day is 830 to 430 with an hour for lunch but there is a degree of flexibility with this, Monday to Friday
- There are certain times during the year where leave is not possible, and you will be required to work some weekends and evenings for Open days and confirmation events
- This post has no line manager responsibilities.

**Where you’ll work**:
In this role, you’ll be based in the Admissions team, on our green campus in the north of Plymouth. Within the Registry office, you will work closely with other Registry based teams. After successfully completing your probationary period, which will be completely campus based, our current hybrid working policy means you can work from home or on campus, but you will be required to maintain strong campus links and be available on-site at least 3 days per week.
