You will be part of the commercial backbone of Greenlight Training Ltd and will be involved, with a range of progressive and exciting projects, able to experience innovative schemes delivering training, apprenticeships and NVQ’s across the region.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- You will work within the commercial team to deliver an effective and efficient employer recruitment service driving our apprenticeship provision growth.
- You will be responsible for reaching out/communicating with employers to produce apprenticeship vacancies.
- It will be necessary to ensure that each employer is processed in a timely manner to ensure that targets and expectations are met.
- You will be responsible to manage your own time and diary and, ensure that monthly targets are met, and the best possible service is delivered to our employer.
- You will be required to work with the curriculum team to ensure the needs of department are met, and trade cohorts are being efficiently proportioned. Your recruitment targeting will be based on the current trade cohort requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience working within the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential
- Good standard of education
- Previous tele sales or/and face to face sales
- Proven track record of working to targets
- Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft package
- Be able to work to monthly targets and in a fast passed environment
- It is advantageous to have had exposure working within a busy and varied business environment, as well as having previous experience working in an educational setting and construction industry.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

- Plymouth, PL7 4JN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
