**Hours**:20 Hours per week (Monday - Friday 13:00 to 17:00)

**Role Summary**

To provide a welcoming, professional, and efficient meet and greet/ information and advice, signposting and referral function for all services and organisations that operate from Ernest English House.

Business Administration support including, mail receipt, fire safety checks, and data collection.

(You will be required to cover five weeks’ holiday leave for the other Wellbeing Hub Host based at your main location. You will also be required to cover any sickness leave for this person, overtime at your normal rate will be paid for this).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform a meet and greet function, providing information and advice, signposting and referral support for clients to appropriate services within the city (including ILP services)
- Assist with data entry on the client database system (Charity Log)
- Collect and collate information for monthly performance reports and service evaluation
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases
- Maintain diaries and booking systems.
- Assist with mail receipt
- Support with weekly Health & Safety processes including co-ordinating of Fire Drills and updating of Fire Logbook.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client and ILP information.
- Carry out any other tasks which may be within the scope of the post to ensure the effective delivery and the needs of the charity.

**Person Specification**

**Experience**
- Proven work experience in a customer facing role

**Essential Skills**
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Competent keyboard user and accurate typist
- CRM systems and how to use them to collect statistics and data
- Ability to handle customer complaints in an appropriate manner
- Ability to keep strict confidentiality

**Desirable Skills**
- General awareness of a reception role

**Knowledge of**
- Computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM systems
- The issues that vulnerable people face
- Plymouth and the surrounding areas

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of GCSE education
- Advice and Guidance (IAG) Level 2 or above or willing to undertake the training to achieve this
