We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our growing business. The Training Coordinator plays a vital role in working with our Learning team to support the operations and resources for our trainers as well as external customers.

As the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for resources required for training, this will include: bookings, invoicing, trainer scheduling, delivery resources and equipment.

This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week, split across 5 days working either the mornings or afternoons. We are flexible and happy to discuss different options.

**Day to day**:

- Gain a clear understanding of the various training courses Instil provides.
- Liaise with the learning team to ensure prospective dates are available.
- Ensuring all booked courses are placed in our CRM.
- Working with clients and liaising with venues to confirm event bookings.
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodation when required.
- Assist the learning team with developing well-presented slides & presentations for training sessions.
- Ensure that all materials and resources are available for training sessions.
- Responsible for delivering quotes and invoices, requesting PO numbers, and collecting payment.
- Collecting feedback from customers.

**Need to have**:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
- Computer savvy, ideally experienced working with G Suite/Google Workspace.
- A strong telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Methodical approach, comfortable dealing with change and working under pressure.
- Previous experience within the tech sector is preferable
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
