**The team**

Work in HR at Allen and Overy and you join a team at the heart of one of the best law firms in the world. We have a culture of excellence here which is second to none. We currently work with more than 3000 lawyers who are at the top of their game and provide the world’s biggest businesses with the best legal advice there is. So when it comes to the services provided to them, they need and expect the best.

The Training Events team are responsible for the smooth running and logistics associated with over 200 training programmes developed and delivered by Allen & Overy's Talent & Development department. The training programmes are provided for all levels across our global network.

Join a dynamic team of 8 talented individuals, where you'll take on the exciting role of event management for a diverse range of training programs. You will also provide crucial administrative support to our Talent and Development Managers.

In this fast-paced role, your ability to handle queries with efficiency and finesse will be paramount. You'll become the go-to person for all related inquiries, ensuring that every question receives the attention it deserves and every concern is swiftly addressed. Your dedication to providing top-notch service will be essential in creating an unparalleled experience for all participants.

**What you will do**

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team As our Training Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for organising and executing a variety of training events both virtually and in person for our global attendees. You'll be the go-to person for liaising with internal teams and external providers to ensure a seamless experience for all involved. Your tasks will include everything from managing event budgets to promoting training programs via internal communication channels. You'll also be responsible for providing on-site and virtual support at events, maintaining the Training Events file and program structure, and becoming a super user of the Learning Management System.

You have proven experience working seamlessly within a team, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as virtual platforms like Zoom, Webex, and MS Teams. You're also adept at managing data and databases with efficiency and effectiveness. Experience with a Learning Management System such as Docebo would also be advantageous but not essential for this role.
