**Belfast site, current vacancy for Training Coordinator**

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, evaluating and delivering all training needs across the site, act as the main point of contact for all training related enquires. Under the supervision of the HSE Manager, the training coordinator will support all functions in the development and execution of all in house training programmes, maintain and development of a training matrix for all roles on site.

**KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS**
- Ability to work creatively, and sometimes independently, to find solutions and also work collaboratively with appropriate supervision.
- Knowledge of working and developing safe systems at work and SOPs.
- Implementation and maintenance of a training matrix.
- Professional Training Qualification (or willing to work towards)
- Food Safety Qualification (Desirable)
- Health and Safety Qualification (Desirable)

**EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience in design and delivery of training on a one2one and classroom basis.
- Excellent administration and organisation skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be able to work unsupervised and meet set deadlines.
- Experience of working in multi-lingual, multi-cultural team is** **desirable.****:

- Experience of working in a FMCG environment.
