We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing events that leave a lasting impression on our clients and guests. Customer experience means the world to us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and equipment.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Create and manage event timelines.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Handle event registration and guest services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any event-day issues.
- Ensure events align with the company's high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- A creative and innovative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices.
