About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR & Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Belfast Central Mission (BCM). As a key member of our People department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth implementation of training programs and ensuring the success of our social care projects and social enterprises across Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the People team, ensuring the efficient operation of our training programs.
- Assist in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and training coordination, maintaining accurate records and data management.
- Work closely with the People Partners to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, upholding BCM's values and mission.
What We Can Offer You

What We Need from You
- At least one year's experience working in an admin role, preferably within an HR or Training Team
- Demonstrable experience of supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience with HRIS systems and training coordination is preferable
- Understanding of basic HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and training
