HR & Training Administrator

Job Summary
MindWise is seeking a highly skilled HR & Training Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a value-added service in line with organisational policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer-focused HR administrative support to managers and employees
- Support the delivery of the HR strategy to meet organisational requirements
- Maintain a HR information system and ensure accurate data entry
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with HR related policies and procedures
Requirements
- Educated to GCSE level (grades A-C) to include Mathematics and English language (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 12 months' recent experience of working in a dedicated generalist HR Administrative or HR Assistant role
- Proven experience dealing with end-to-end recruitment
- Knowledge of HR related policy and process
- Ability to demonstrate alignment with MindWise's core values
