This is an **exciting, new, permanent HR Administrator job, and a new addition to the strong, existing people team**

Reporting to the Director of People, the successful HR /People Team Administrator will provide a first class generalist HR support and administrative service, assisting in the development and maintenance of HR processes and procedures and ensuring excellent staff engagement and wellbeing.

**The Role**
- Reporting to the Director of People
- Provide HR administration support across the employee lifecycle
- Update and maintain HR data to ensure accurate reporting and KPIs
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Manage the fair employment monitoring procedure
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including day one induction, exit administration etc
- Support the business with training requirements - schedule internal training, create and maintain accurate records etc
- Support the People Business Partner in the administration of the performance management process
- Communicate and implement HR policy and procedures
- Record and maintain absences
- High attention to detail
- Build good working relationship across the business - be very collaborative

**The Person**
- 3rd level qualification **PLUS **2 years recent relevant HR administration experience

OR
- 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) AND Associate CIPD level 3 **PLUS** 4 years + recent relevant HR administration experience
- Associate CIPD membership, or in process
- Working knowledge of using social media including Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter etc
- Experience of working in a fast paced, commercial environment
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to details
- Excellent IT and communication skills
