HR Administrator

**Your Duties**:
- To support the Senior Advisor to ensure the delivery of a professional, proactive, customer orientated and high quality service to the HR Advisory and Learning & Organisational Development (LOD) and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Teams.
- To provide a professional and confidential administrative service for all aspects of the HR/LOD/EDI function in accordance with the organisational policy framework and best practice regarding GDPR/Data Protection legislation.
- To produce a range of general correspondence and ensure electronic and paper records are filed accurately and on a timely basis.
- To ensure electronic systems, databases and spreadsheets used by HR/LOD/EDI are maintained accurately and on a timely basis.
- To produce reports and statistics as required by management.
- To undertake general office duties, including, requisitioning of stationery, processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing etc.
- To provide a high level of internal and external customer service.
- To assist in the preparation of HR case files as required.
- To work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to service delivery e.g. Finance, IT.
- To ensure HR Advisory and OD/EDI invoices/requisitions are progressed in line with organisational procedures.
**To carry out a wide range of generalist HR/LOD/EDI duties including**:
- Calculating and administering annual leave.
- Amending clocking records.
- Administering probationary.
- Co-ordinating work experience.
- Administering mail.
- Processing ATS requests.
- Processing leavers, new starters and transfers.
- Setting up training events.
- Processing monitoring data.
- Any other generalist HR/LOD/EDI duties as required.
**Your Profile**:
**Essential**:
- Possess at least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include English and Maths.
**AND**
- Minimum of two years of experience working in a Human Resources/LOD/EDI function.
**OR**
- Possess at least two A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
**AND**
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a Human Resources/LOD function.
**Other**:
- Experience of using a system to include maintaining and updating records and generating reports i.e. learning management system, HR system or management reporting software.
**Desirable**:
- Experience working within local government or the public sector.
- Experience within working within an L&OD environment, supporting administration of processes and systems.
**Additional Information**:
- A Basic Access NI is Required at a Cost of £18.
