Overview

VANRATH, a leading provider of HR solutions, is looking for an experienced HR Support Administrator to join its team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to further their skills and knowledge in HR, working with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality HR services.

Key Tasks

  • Plan and prioritise your workload to achieve efficient delivery of daily HR tasks.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and effective record-keeping.
  • Enter accurate data into integrated HR systems promptly.
  • Meet KPI's and Shared Service Centre standards, maintaining high-quality work.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSE education or equivalent.
  • CIPD level 3 certification in HR.
  • Practical experience in general administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with HR and Payroll systems.
