Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Fieldfisher. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HR Operations team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team, including managing the central HR inbox and responding to general HR enquiries.
  • Manage the day-to-day HR administration and processes, including new joiners, probations, secondments, fixed-term contracts, promotions, internal transfers, exit interviews, leavers, flexible working requests, family leave, and security clearances.
  • Update and maintain the HRIS (Cascade), ensuring employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting and attendance notes, and reports on fixed-term contracts, maternities, new joiners, and leavers.
  • Organise and deliver bi-weekly induction sessions and update the HR intranet pages.
  • Assist with payroll instructions, processing invoices, and responding to general payroll queries.
Requirements:
  • Strong academics with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to process large amounts of employee data.
  • Excellent time and organisation management skills, including prioritising workload with conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues to deliver agreed objectives within timescales or SLAs.
