Position Overview

We are in search of a committed Training Specialist to enhance our vibrant training team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering essential training programs to healthcare practitioners, focusing on both Mandatory and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and facilitate training sessions on critical topics such as Safety Intervention Training, Ligature Training, and Basic Life Support.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multidisciplinary clinical skills training.
  • Empower and develop trainees through diverse training methodologies to meet healthcare standards and guidelines.
  • Travel as required to conduct on-site training sessions across various locations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with 'Practical Safety Intervention' (SIT/MAPA).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated experience in training delivery and skills analysis.
  • Willingness to travel for training purposes.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Understanding of the training cycle, with experience in assessing competency needs and developing training programs.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners using effective adult education techniques and presentation tools.
