Administrative Assistant

Due to our continuous expansion, MV Commercial have an opportunity for an administration assistant to join our friendly central admin team on a permanent basis.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Handling technicians job cards and updating internal systems
- Interacting with customers and suppliers
- Handling general phone call enquires for admin department
- Scanning and printing documents
- Checking and matching timesheets
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate professionalism
- Have the ability to work part of a team
- Attend work with a positive attitude
- Be IT literate
- Willing to take on new challenges
- Pay attention to detail
- Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
HGV admin experience would be an advantage.
The hours consist of 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
MV Commercial is one of the leading specialist vehicle suppliers in the UK and services & repairs vehicles from all leading manufacturers including DAF, MAN, Scania and Volvo.
We have our own on-site restaurant, which is open for use by all staff between 6am and 2pm Monday to Friday.
In return, you will receive excellent training, company pension, together with 30 days annual leave which can be used at any time of year. Annual leave will also increase with service.
