_**Mcleans Coaches **_is a very successful privately owned coach company of 30_**years**_. We are looking for a motivated Admin Person to join our team.

This is a fully office-based position.

Previous experience of working in a busy office would be advantageous. The successful applicant will provide daily administrative support to the running of a busy coach company.

If you want a new role with an established coach company, then this is the opportunity for you.

The role entails general administration tasks such as:

- Input and processing of documents.
- Filing and other general administration tasks
- Human Resources - completing contracts, keeping records up to date
- Supporting other administration staff and cover for holidays, etc.
- Good numerical and written skills.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Able to work well with colleagues or on their own.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel

Wage is £11 Per hour but will rise to £12 an hour after 3 months probation period.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
