**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the reception area by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of memos, letters, invoices, and other documents.
- Monitoring and clearing company electronic mailboxes
- Posting sales/purchase invoices & purchase orders via our financial software
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items as needed.
- Keep the office clean and organized, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Assist in coordinating company events and activities, such as team building exercises and office parties.
- General office duties
- Assisting project managers with operational tasks where required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Experience with purchase invoices/sales invoices

Salary DOE

Pay: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
