Office Administrator

MCP Scotland Ltd is a Multi Discipline Facility & Property Management company working across Scotland. We are seeking to add an office administrator to our team in order to support our busy operations.
Previous experience of working in a busy office would be advantageous. The successful applicant will provide daily administrative support to the running of a busy company.
The role entails general administration tasks such as:
- Input and processing of documents.
- Filing and other general administration tasks
- Updating work management software with job updates,
- Running client reports on a weekly basis,
- Providing a high level of customer care to our clients,
- Good numerical and written skills.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Able to work well with colleagues or on their own.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
Pay: £8.00-£12.00 per hour
