**The Role**:
To provide a quality comprehensive administrative service within the Business Support Function across Property Support and Services Department.

**What we'll need you to bring**:

- SVQ3 or equivalent.
- Communication skills - both written and verbal, office management skills
- Proficient in PC programmes.
- Knowledge of Standing Financial Instructions.
- 2 years general administration and office experience.
- Flexible team worker as well as working on own initiative

**It would be great if you also have**:

- NHS administration experience
- Good working knowledge of office organisation
- Ability to prioritise work and information processing to meet deadlines set by managers Ability to cope with the demands of the department over a wide range of issues

**Contract type**:

- Permanent
- Part Time
- 22.5 hours

**Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.**

**Location and Working Pattern**:

- This role will be based in Property and Support Services Department, General Office/Reception within University Hospital Monklands. The working pattern for this role is Wednesday to Friday 08:45 - 16:45
