Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator duties will include the following.
**Duties**:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule vehicle hire appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to existing customers
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an office setting
- Strong clerical, administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to computerize information effectively
- Professional phone etiquette
Pay: £12.44 per hour
Expected hours: 34.5 per week

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
