An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our client’s Grimsby team on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities of the Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator role**:
∙Write job descriptions and adverts

∙Advertise jobs where required

∙Manage job boards

∙Liaise with internal managers

∙Liaise with recruitment consultancies

∙Schedule interviews

∙Manage the full recruitment process being the first port of call for all stakeholders

**Skills & Experience Required for the Perfect Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator**:
∙Experience in recruitment

∙Excellent organisational skills

∙The ability to multi-task

∙Excellent administrative skills
