Ensuring that our vehicles are displayed effectively both online and physically on site is at the heart of our business. Our online presence means we are on display 24 hours a day and as a growing business we are also constantly looking to improve and maintain competitive advantage. We are therefore looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven individual who will play a key role in overseeing vehicle progress from arrival on site, to arranging cosmetic preparation, photos and video and then display.
**Site Co-ordinator Role and Responsibilities**
- Vehicles are carefully inspected upon arrival to site and signed off with any issues documented.
- All vehicles are pitch ready and presentable for capturing images, photos, digital media clips and video of all used cars within 24 hours of being taken into stock
- Arrange cosmetic repairs with our onsite bodyshop
- Ensuring all vehicles awaiting preparation are stored efficiently and safely
- Ensuring the effective display of vehicles and point of sale material
- Transporting vehicles in order to achieve all of the above
- A keen eye for vehicle presentation standards
- An interest in photography and media and working knowledge of apps such as Splice/iMovie
- The ability to quickly make a vehicle presentable
- A Full UK Driving License
- Ability to be self-motivated and have a keen eye for detail be it with photos or the physical presentation of a vehicle
- Have a hands-on approach to getting vehicles prepared to the required standard
