2 Sisters Food Group are recruiting for a driven and diligent Technical Coordinator to join our meals manufacturing operation. Based out of Grimsby this role will play a key part in supporting our operations nationwide.

Our Recipe Dish site in Grimsby, a state-of-the-art CIP plant producing premium quality chilled soups and sauces. The site currently employs around 200 people, whilst turning over £30 million

**About the role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Grimsby Site Team. Reporting to the Technical-Compliance Manager you will actively co-ordinate and administrate technical compliance systems and data to meet site, divisional and customer targets. Your time will be split both office and factory-based administrating and coordinating technical activities which include compliance documentation, QA and hygiene schedules and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- To compile all technical reports, schedules, metrics and KPI’s.
- Administration of complaints database and co-ordination of customer complaint responses.
- Ensuring CCP compliance through tracking, trending, verification and validation.
- Analysis of KPI data and generation of presentations/reports.
- To be a super-user in key technical systems such as metal detection, auto-coding, magnet and sieving systems, CCP validation etc. (as an example).
- Provide auditing support within our factory monitoring the performance of operational and QA/Hygiene teams.
- To identify & drive through opportunities to streamline technical information processes to optimize efficiency, relevance and accuracy. Be active in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete department H&S Risk Assessments
**About You**:
- You will have the passion, drive and confidence to work within the business in a collaborative, creative way.
- Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment ideally in high care/risk
- Working knowledge of food legislation and BRC
- Level 3 Food Safety and HACCP or above with an understanding of Microbiology
- Root cause analysis and non-conformance management
- Auditing skills or Internal Audit trained
- Understands VACCP and TACCP
- Competent in Excel and other Microsoft Products such as Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams.
