We have an exciting opportunity to join our Trauma and Orthopaedic Team. We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional.

It is essential you have a proven background and experience in Orthopaedic Trauma, the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate excellent standards of clinical practice and service delivery.

The role of the Trauma Co-ordinator (TC) is mainly site specific with an expected element of cross-site working. The proporation of this may change with any future service reconfigurations within the Trust.

The TC is the key person to have an overview of patients awaiting review, management plans and/or surgery and is the key liaison between the Orthopaedic Department, Medical Elderly Team, Theatres, Emergency Care Centre (ECC) and other trauma centres/major trauma centre.

We’re a large organisation with three hospitals located in Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Goole. We also provide community services in North Lincolnshire. Our 6,500 members of staff care for and support a population of more than 400,000 people.
