**Job Title: Office Manager/ Health And Safety Advisor**
**Location**: Gloucester
**Salary**: £35,000 per annum

My client is a leading air conditioning, heating, electrical, refrigeration, installation service, and repairs company based in Gloucester. With a strong commitment to quality service and client satisfaction, they pride thereselves on there team of skilled engineers and technicians.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Team Management**: Effectively manage and coordinate daily activities, providing support to there team of engineers. Excellent man-management skills are essential to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as a liaison between clients and there engineering team, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- **Adaptability**: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic demands of our industry. This includes handling urgent matters, adjusting schedules, and addressing unforeseen challenges.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office management, with a health and safety background.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance.
- Strong man-management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle daily interactions with engineers and clients effectively.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
- Health and safety qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
