Strategic Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder in daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of our team.
This role is ideal for someone with some administrative experience who is ready to step up to an Executive Assistant role, bringing confidence, organisational skills, and a positive attitude.
The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the Founder, assist with daily tasks and business operations, manage the Founder's calendar, arrange travel and accommodation bookings, and attend networking events and meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Founder
- Managing the Founder's calendar and scheduling appointments
- Arranging travel and accommodation bookings
- Attending networking events and meetings with the Founder
- Answering phone calls and handling correspondence professionally
- Maintaining and updating records, performing data entry, and preparing basic reports
- Organizing internal meetings, managing logistics, and arranging refreshments
- Coordinating staff social events and assisting with event planning
- Assisting with document preparation and minor financial administration tasks
Requirements include:
- Some experience in an administrative or assistant role (ideally 1 year or more)
- Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
